自体鼻中隔软骨、耳软骨移植鼻尖部整形手术的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Autogenous Septal Cartilage or Auricular Cartilage Graft in Nasal Tip Plastic Operation

目的:观察使用自体鼻中隔软骨、耳软骨移植进行鼻尖部整形手术的临床疗效,并对比使用膨体进行鼻尖部整形分析其作用。方法:选取我院2010年4月～2013年1月收治拟行鼻尖部整形手术的患者62例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组使用自体鼻中隔软骨或耳软骨作为鼻尖填充材料实施整形手术,对照组使用膨体作为填充材料实施手术,对比其临床效果。结果:两组患者术后鼻尖高度及矫正率没有明显差异(P＞0.05),而观察组患者术后的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:通过游离鼻中隔软骨或耳软骨进行鼻尖手术,能够有效改善鼻尖形态,自然生动且左右对称,并发症较少,相比膨体填充更为安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of nasal tip plastic operation using autogenous septal cartilage or auricular cartilage graft, and to compare the effect of nasal tip plastic operation through using varicosity. Methods 62 cases of patients in the hospital under nasal tip plastic operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Autogenous septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used in the observation group, while varicosity was used in the control group. Clinical effect was compared. Results Postoperative nasal tip height and correction rate of the patients in the two groups were not significantly different(P > 0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nasal tip operation through free nasal septal cartilage or ear cartilage, can effectively improve the tip of the nose shape with fewer complications, and it is safer and more effective than operation with varicosity.
