鼻唇沟皮瓣修复上唇皮肤缺损23例

23 Cases Defect of Nasolabial Sulcus Flap Repairing Upper Lip

目的:探讨一种上唇中小面积缺损的有效修复方法。方法:局部浸润麻醉麻醉下,切除病变组织,造成继发缺损23例,面积1cm×1cm^2cm×2cm,于邻近部位设计鼻唇沟皮瓣,通过滑行或旋转的方式修复继发的上唇缺损。结果:用此法行手术23例,充分利用周围的正常组织,术区切口I期愈合,皮瓣全部成活,随访半年瘢痕不明显,术区平整,未造成周围器官移位。结论:鼻唇沟皮下蒂皮瓣修复上唇部因病变组织造成的中小面积继发缺损,达到良好的美学效果,方法安全易行,修复外观效果满意。

Objective To explore an effective method of small and medium-sized area of upper lip defect repair. Methods Under local infiltration anesthesia, anesthesia diseased tissue was cut. 23 cases had secondary defect, with 1 cm×1 cm^2 cm×2 cm defect area. Nasolabial sulcus flap was designed in adjacent areas. Upper lip defect secondary was repaired by means of sliding or rotating. Results 23 cases of surgery was performed in this way, and the surrounding normal tissues was made full use of, with the area stage I incision healing,all flaps surviving. The scar was not obvious, with the area level off and without causing displacement of surrounding organs. Conclusion Using nasolabial sulcus subcutaneous pedicle flap to repair the defects of labial ministry for the lesion caused by small and medium-sized area of secondary defect is safe and feasible, and the appearance repair effect is satisfactory.
