改良Hamra眼袋手术对眼袋伴发泪槽沟畸形患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Improved Hamra Blepharoplasty for Patients Having Both Eyelid Bags and Obvious Tear Trough Deformity

目的:探讨改良Hamra眼袋手术对眼袋伴发泪槽沟畸形病人的治疗效果。方法:收集2010年1月—2012年1月期间接受改良Hamra眼袋手术治疗眼袋伴发有泪槽沟畸形的病人12名,分别于手术前后、术后随访第1、3、6、12个月进行拍照对比,同时统计病人的满意度。结果:全部病人眼袋症状消失或基本消失,且泪槽沟畸形也得到明显的矫正,疗效评定为满意者11人,为基本满意者1人,整体满意度达100%。术后无一例病人出现血肿、感染、瘢痕增生或下睑外翻等并发症。术后随访满意度高达91.67%(11/12),且未发现远期并发症。结论:改良Hamra眼袋手术治疗眼袋伴发泪槽沟畸形的临床效果理想,弥补了传统Hamra整形术对泪槽沟矫正不足的缺点,不仅能有效消除眼袋,还能明显改善伴发的泪槽沟畸形症状,使患者的整体形象年轻化,尤其适用于泪槽沟最低处与眶缘距离在5mm以上的病人。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of improved Hamra blepharoplasty for patients having eyelid bags as well as obvious tear trough deformity. Methods Collecting twelve cases during January, 2010—January, 2012. All patients were having eyelid bags with obvious tear trough deformity. Taking photographs before and after the treatment respectively, including the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th month. And comparing patients' satisfaction degree. Results All patients' eyelid bags disappeared or almost disappeared, and tear trough deformity became much less obvious. Patients' states of satisfaction were 100%. None of them experienced complications such as hematoma, infection, postoperative scar hyperplasia and ectropion. Satisfaction in postoperative followed-up was up to 91.67%(11/12), and didn't find any long-term complications. Conclusions The improved Hamra blepharoplasty is efficacious to patients having eyelid bags and obvious tear trough deformity.It not only removed the prolapse of eyelid bags, but also remedied the tear trough deformity better, rejuvenate the orbital region, and made people look younger. It is especially fit for patients with the lowest point of the tear trough deformity that is more than 5mm away from arcus marginals.
