CO_2激光联合585脉冲染料激光结合治疗毛细血管瘤临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Capillary Hemangioma Through CO_2 Laser Combined with 585 Pulsed Dye Laser

目的:观察CO2激光联合585染料激光结合治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤的临床疗效方法:2007年5月至2012年4月,我们应用CO2激光结合585染料激光治疗毛细血管瘤50例,结果:本组50例,痊愈23例,显效20例,有效7例,无效0例无明显并发症。结论:两种激光结合治疗毛细血管瘤,能缩短585nm激光治疗次数,减轻病人的经济负担,又能防止CO2激光高功率、穿透力强,易留有瘢痕的缺点。值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of capillary hemangiomas through CO2laser combined with 585 dye laser. Methods 50 capillary hemangioma cases were treated with CO2laser combined with 585 dye laser from May, 2007 to April, 2012. Results Among 50 cases, 23 cases were cured, 20 cases were in markedly effective result, 7 cases were not in effective result, and 0 case had no result with no significant complications. Conclusion The combination of the two therapy methods can reduce 585nm laser treatment times, and can avoid the disadvantages of CO2laser high-power and penetrating power easily leaving scars. So it is worth promotion.
