超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合微晶磨削微剥脱手法治疗面部痤疮瘢痕疗效观察

Clinical Effect Analysis of the Treatment of Facial Acne Scars Through Ultra Pulse CO_2 Fractional Laser Joint Ceramic Grinding Micro-exfoliation

目的:观察超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合微晶磨削微剥脱手法治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法:2011年3月2012年9月,笔者应用超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合微晶磨削微剥脱手法治疗面部痤疮瘢痕患者92例,首先使用超脉冲CO2点阵激光,1个月后使用再微晶磨削治疗3次,微晶磨削治疗每次间隔20天。4次为1个疗程.根据疗效评定标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果:治疗结束后,随访6个月,痊愈10例,显效33例,有效45例,无效4例,总有效率95.65%。治疗后无感染新生瘢痕色素减退,有5色素沉着,对症处理后最长于2个月内消退。结论:超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合微晶磨削微剥脱治疗面部痤疮瘢痕具有疗效好,操作准确,损伤小,恢复快,满意度高等优点。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of facial acne scar through ultra-pulsed CO2fractional laser joint ceramic grinding micro-exfoliation. Methods: From March, 2011to September, 2012, 92 patients were treated with super pulsed CO2fractional laser joint ceramic grinding micro-exfoliation, ultra-pulsed CO2fractional laser was first used, after a month recycled ceramic grinding treatment was used for three times, with ceramic grinding treatment intervals for 20days. Four times as a course of treatment, and according to evaluation criteria, treatment effects were evaluated. Results: After treatment, six months was done, 10 cases cured, 33 cases had significant effective result, 45 cases had effective result, 4 cases had no result, and the total efficiency rate was 95.65%. After treatment, there was no infection and newborn scar hypopigmentation. There were 5 pigmentation cases, and after at most two months symptomatic treatment, the pigment faded away. Conclusion: Ultra pulse CO2fractional laser joint ceramic grinding micro-ablative treatment of facial acne scars has good efficacy, with accurate operation, little damage, quick recovery, and high satisfaction and so on.
