周身泛发离心性环状红斑1例

1 Case of Erythema Annulare Centrifugum All Over the Body

患者男,41岁。周身起半环性红斑伴瘙痒一个月,加重三天,病来无发热、咽痛、关节肿痛。皮肤组织病理显示:表现为深在型病理变化,真皮中下部血管周围有境界清楚呈袖套状分布的炎性细胞侵润,主要为淋巴细胞,少数单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞。诊断:离心性环状红斑。组织病理学检查是确定诊断离心性环状红斑的重要手段,为诊断此类疾病提供依据。

Patient was male and 41 years old. His symptom was half erythema annulare with pruritus all over the body for a month and then it aggravated for three days, with no fever,pharynx pain, and joint swelling and pain. Skin tissue pathology revealed that: the performance showed the deep type of pathological changes, the mid-lower blood vessels around the state clearly performed the sleeve shape distribution of inflammatory cells invasion. The main cells were lymphocyte, and a few were mononuclear cells and eosinophils. Diagnosis result showed that was erythema annulare centrifugum. Histopathological examination was the important means to determine erythema annulare centrifugum and provided diagnosis basis for disease of this kind.
