A型肉毒素治疗面部上三分之一皱纹不良反应的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing Care of Botulinum Toxin A for the Treatment of Upper 1/3 Facial Wrinkles

目的:观察A型肉毒素治疗面部上三分之一皱纹出现的不良反应并总结其护理经验。方法:对168例A型肉毒毒素治疗患者,通过自制的观察表电话随访或患者现场回访对出现的近期和远期的不良反应给予预防和护理。结果:168例患者出现近期不良反应37例均为局部的在注射当天出现,其中注射部位疼痛、麻木2-3h后即消失,淤青有2例患者5天后恢复,有1例额纹注射患者1周仍有轻微瘀斑,给予红外线理疗3天后瘀斑消失。结论:有效的护理指导对于A型肉毒毒素注射后防止副反应的发生,达到最佳的美容效果减少医疗纠纷起到关键性作用。

objective To observe the adverse reactions of the treatment of the upper 1/3 facial wrinkles with botulinum toxin type A and summarize the nursing experience. Method In 168 patients treated with botulinum toxin A, through the self-made observation table and telephone follow-up or on-site visit, prevention and care were made for patients with either long-term or short term adverse reactions. Result 168 patients had recent adverse reaction. Site pain and numbness appeared in 37 patients on the day of injection, and the adverse reaction disappeared after 2-3h, 2 patients with bruises recovered after 5 days. There was 1 case with mild ecchymosis disappear after 3 days after given infrared physiotherapy ecchymosis. Conclusion Effective nursing instruction to prevent the side reaction for botulinum toxin type A injection plays important role on the best beauty effect achievement and medical disputes reduce.
