目的:分析总结应用自制紫霞烧伤膏对烧烫伤患者治疗的效果和优缺点。方法:对128例烧烫伤患者的治疗效果和临床应用经验进行分析、总结,其中128例患者全部治愈,治愈率100%,创面愈合时间最短2天,最长20天。结果:128例烧烫伤患者全部治愈,均无增生性瘢痕生长,无功能障碍。结论:紫霞烧伤膏能及时有效清除余热,预防和控制感染,初期具有明显止痛效果,同时采用湿润疗法为创面提供生理性湿润环境,使烧烫伤创面达到生理性愈合的目的,从而减少瘢痕形成,恢复生理性功能,恢复皮肤自身弹性。同时紫霞烧伤膏具有使用方便,治疗方法简单,容易掌握,价格低廉等优点,深受患者欢迎。

Objective To summarize and analyze the effect, advantages and disadvantages of the application of self-made burn ointment in the treatment of burned and scalded injury. Methods Analyzing and summarizing the experience and clinical application of 128 cases burned and scalded patients, in which 128 patients were cured, the cure rate was 100%, the shortest cure time was 2 days, and the longest cure time was 20 days. Results 128 burned and scalded cases were all cured, with no hyperplasic scar growth and no dysfunction. Conclusion The burn ointment can effectively remove heat, prevent and control infection, and have obvious analgesic effect during early period. Moist therapy provides the physiological moist environment for the wound, to achieve physiological healing purposes of burned and scalded wounds, to reduce the scar formation, and to restore the resurrection rational function and skin's elasticity. At the same time the burn ointment has the advantages of convenient use, simple treatment method, easy mastering and low price. So it is popularized in the patients.
