自拟祛疣颗粒剂联合卡介菌多糖核酸和维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

目的:观察自拟祛疣配方颗粒剂联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液和0.1%维A酸乳膏治疗43例扁平疣的疗效及安全性。方法:随机将86例患者分为2组,治疗组采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2mL肌肉注射,隔日1次,同时口服自拟祛疣颗粒剂135g/d,分2次服用;对照组单用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2mL肌肉注射,隔日1次;两组均每晚局部皮损外涂0.1%维A酸乳膏1次。4周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。观察两组治疗4周、8周的疗效及不良反应。结果:两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在第四周末和第八周末的有效率均高于对照组,均未见明显不良反应。结论:自拟祛疣颗粒剂联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液及维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣,中西结合,标本同治,具有疗效显著,方便易行和安全性高的特点。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of the self-made Qu-you granul combined with BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid injection and 0.1% tretinoin cream in the treatment of 43 cases of flat wart patients. Methods 86 cases of flat wart patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The curative effects and adverse reactions were observed after 4-week and8-week treatment. Results The total effective rate in the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05), the treatment group in the fourth and eighth weekend effective rate was higher, and the side effect was light in both groups. Conclusion The methods of treatment by the self-made granule of Qu-you combined with BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid injection and 0.1% tretinoin cream has a significant effect, with convenient and easy and high security featureson on flat wart.
