Application of Pedicle Flap of Cartilage in the Nose Tip Rhinoplasty

目的:应用鼻翼带蒂软骨瓣垫鼻尖,在鼻尖整形术中,加强鼻尖的塑形效果。方法:运用鼻翼软骨带蒂瓣转移垫鼻尖,同时行鼻尖夹板外固定.如果鼻梁过低,尚可同时行硅橡胶假体隆鼻术,将形成软骨瓣交叉缝合在假体鼻尖部。结果:鼻翼带蒂软骨瓣在鼻尖整形中运用,可以增加鼻尖软组织的厚度,减少应用耳软骨垫鼻尖中软骨的吸收存在的问题。结论:运用鼻翼带蒂软骨瓣转移,鼻尖整形中,增加鼻尖部组织的厚度,减少单纯假体隆鼻,鼻尖部穿出的风险。改善鼻翼沟取得良好的效果。

Objective To use alar cartilage pedicle flap nose pads,and to strengthen shaping effect in nasal plastic surgery. Method Using alar cartilage pad pedicle flap nose,splinting nose simultaneously. If the nose is too low,silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty can be used simultaneously,to form a cross stitched flap of cartilage prosthesis nasal tip. Result The use of alar cartilage pedicle flap in nose tip rhinoplasty can increase the thickness of the tip of the soft tissue,reduce the problems of nose pads absorbing ear cartilage. Conclusion Alar cartilage using pedicle flap,in nose plastic surgery,increases the thickness of the nasal tip tissue prosthesis rhinoplasty,reduce the risk of simple nasal tip piercing. Nose ditch improvement achieve good results.
