3L3M自体脂肪移植技术在面部年轻化中的临床应用

3L3M Autologous Fat Transplantation Technique in the Practical Application of Facial Rejuvenation

目的:探讨采用3L3M自体脂肪移植技术在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法：选取2009年6月～2012年6月期间在我院采用自体脂肪移植技术进行面部年轻化治疗的40例患者，在治疗后随访6个月～3年，对其治疗效果进行分析。结果：40例患者在随访期间均未发生硬结、局部肿块、脂肪液化坏死等并发症，且一直的脂肪吸收率较低，患者的满意度达87.5%。结论：多点、多层次、单点少量、多隧道的注射自体脂肪颗粒能获得更好的治疗效果，而且患者在术后没有明显的排斥反应，安全性高。

Objectives To explore the application effect of 3L3M autologous fat transplantation technique in facial rejuvenation. Methods Selecting 40 patients treated with autologous fat transplantation technique for facial rejuvenation therapy from June 2009 to June 2012 in the hospital,doing follow-up visit for 6 months to 3 years after operation,and analyzing the effect of their treatment. Results 40 patients during follow-up did not have induration,local mass,fat liquefaction necrosis and other complications,fat absorption rate has been lower,and patients’ satisfaction rate reached 87.5%. Conclusion The multi-point,multi-level,single-point small,multi-tunnel injection of autologous fat particles can get better treatment,and patients have no apparent rejection after operation with high safety.
