眉部整形手术眼周除皱效果观察

Effect of Rhytidectomy Around the Eyes Through Brow Plastic Surgery

目的:探讨眉部整形手术去除眼周松弛皮肤和改善眉形的效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年4月～2012年11月期间收治的行眉部整形手术的患者90例，根据眉形设计手术切口，切除不良眉部位及上睑的松弛皮肤，同时悬吊眼轮匝肌并进行SMAS筋膜缝合，术后对患者进行修复、抗疤及抗炎处理。术后对患者进行6～12个月随访。结果：90例患者均对手术后的眉形表示满意，患者重睑外形自然，上睑眼周皱纹明显减少，部分完全消失，年轻化效果明显。结论：采用眉部整形手术能够有效的改善上睑的皮肤松弛现象，改善患者的眉形，去除皱纹，取得满意的眼部年轻化效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of removing loose skin around the eyes and brow shape through brow plastic surgery. Methods 90 patients who were treated with brow plastic surgery in the hospital from April,2009 to November,2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Adverse brows and loose skin on the face were operated according to operation incision of brow shaping design. Meanwhile the orbicularis oculi muscle were suspended and a suture on the SMAS fascia was done. Then repair,anti-scar and anti-inflammatory were done. Patients were followed up for 6~12 months Results 90 cases in the study were satisfied after operation of eyebrow. After repair,patients’ double eyelids were natural,with significant reduce on winkles around upper eyelids and disappear on some parts. The effect was obvious. Conclusion The use of eyebrow shaping operation can effectively improve the upper eyelid skin relaxation,improve the patients’ eyebrow,remove wrinkles,and achieve satisfactory effect on rejumvanation of eyes.
