摘要
目的:探讨应用整形外科的原则和技术对97例急诊创伤修复的治疗效果。方法：应用整形外科微创技术、严格清创、修整伤口、精细缝合、皮片或皮瓣移植等方法治疗急诊创伤。结果：伤口Ⅰ期愈合94例，患者伤口Ⅱ期愈合3例，随访6～24个月，无明显瘢痕增生，创伤部位无移位变形。结论：应用整形外科的原则和技术治疗急诊创伤，可获得较好的效果。
Objective To explore the curative effect of emergency trauma with plastic surgical principles and techniques on 97 cases. Methods All patients with trauma were treated by choosing the minimal invasive plastic surgical operation,strict debridement,wound chipping,fine suture,skin or flaps transplantation, etc. Results 94 cases healed primarily and 3 cases healed secondarily. After 6~24 months following-up,there was no obvious scar formation or Traction of trauma regions. Conclusion It is better to repair emergency trauma with plastic surgical principles and techniques.
