改良垂直下蒂瓣法巨乳缩小成形术的应用及效果

Improved vertical pedicle flap method breast reduction effect and application of angioplasty

目的:探讨改良垂直下蒂瓣法巨乳缩小成形术的临床应用效果。方法：随机选取我院2009年7月～2012年11月期间收治的需行巨乳缩小术的患者72例，随机平均分配为实验组和对照组，实验组实施改良垂直下蒂瓣法巨乳缩小成形术，对照组实施传统垂直下蒂瓣法巨乳缩小成形术，对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察分析。结果：实验组36例患者（72侧）手术进行顺利，患者无乳晕乳头血运障碍，外形自然，乳头勃起效果良好；对照组36例患者（72侧）手术顺利，术后出现4侧乳晕乳头坏死，3侧乳晕过大，2侧乳晕过小。实验组的临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：改良垂直下蒂瓣法巨乳缩小成形术乳晕设计合理，手术效果良好，患者满意率较高，是一种有效的临床巨乳缩小术方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified vertical pedicle flap breast reduction plasty. Methods randomly selected in our hospital from 2009 July to 2012 November were treated for breast reduction in 72 cases of patients,were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group improved vertical pedicle flap breast reduction plasty,the control group received traditional vertical pedicle flap breast reduction plasty,observation analysis of clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results 36 patients in experimental group(72 sides)operation went smoothly,with no nipple areola blood circulation disorder,natural shape,nipple erection effect is good;the control group of 36 cases(72 sides)operation smoothly,4 side nipple areola necrosis after operation,3 side,2 side areola areola is too large,too small. Clinical efficacy is better than the patients in the experimental group of patients in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion the modified vertical inferior pedicle flap breast reduction plasty areola rational design,good operation effect,patient satisfaction rate is high,is a clinical breast effective reduction method.
