摘要
目的:探讨烧伤湿润暴露疗法和红霉素眼膏治疗CO2激光创面的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2011年6月～2013年6月期间收治的128例具有CO2激光灼除黏膜疣和赘生物后创面的患者，并随机将患者分为两组，观察组的的65例患者采用烧伤湿润暴露疗法进行治疗，对照组63例患者采用红霉素眼膏进行治疗；观察和对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的临床愈合时间明显比对照组短，两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用烧伤湿润暴露疗法对CO2激光灼除黏膜疣和赘生物后的创面进行治疗，其临床疗效明显比采用红霉素眼膏治疗的效果要好，值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of MEBT and Erythromycin Eye Ointment treatment on wound caused by CO2 laser surgery. Methods 128 patients in the hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 with CO2 laser electrocautery mucosa wart and vegetations wound were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups. 65 cases in observation group were treated with MEBT,and 63 cases in control group were treated with Erythromycin Eye Ointment. Then the clinical effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results The clinical observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion On wound caused by CO2 laser electrocautery mucosa wart and neoplasm,the clinical efficacy of MEBT was significantly better than the Erythromycin Eye Ointment,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
