摘要
目的观察缬沙坦对原发性高血压的服务方法及疗效。方法 72例高血压患者随机分成两组,分别应用卡托普利及缬沙坦治疗24周,之后进行生活质量的评分。结果缬沙坦组治疗有效率达94.4%,远高于卡托普利组77.8%。结论缬沙坦具有降压、控制心衰、抗心血管重塑、服用方便及服用依从性好、能改善高血压患者生活质量的优点。
Objective To observe valsartan service method and curative effect in treatment of primary hypertension. Methods 72 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, separately use of captopril and valsartan for 24 weeks, then scored the quality of life. Results Efficient valsartan treatment group was 94.4%, far higher than that of the captopril group 77.8%. Conclusion Valsartan with step-down, control of heart failure, cardiovascular remodeling, use convenient and good adherence, and have the advantages of improving the quality of life for patients with high blood pressure.
