Hip lesions, the reason for knee pain

原发性膝关节病变是导致膝部疼痛的最主要原因，但当膝部疼痛的患者在完成治疗后症状仍未明显好转，此时应考虑在其他部位是否还存在导致膝关节疼痛的病灶。本研究随访近年来主诉为膝部疼痛而主要原发病灶在髋关节的患者69例，随访27~69个月，并查阅相关文献，交流对此类复杂性膝关节疼痛的心得体会。通过神经牵涉，髋关节处病灶可能放射至膝部产生膝关节疼痛，其发生率占以膝关节疼痛为主诉就诊患者比例约为13%~19%。

Although the usually clinical knee pain was primary reason for knee lesions, some knee pain in patients with symptoms had not improved after the knee treatment, then it should be considered as secondary to knee pain. For nerve excitation, distant lesions may stimulate the nerve nearby, referred to the knee and disppeared such knee pain.This study followed in recent years with knee pain and the main primary lesions in the hip in 69 patients, follow-up of 27 to 69 months and reviewed the related literature,to talk about such complexity of the knee joint ache comments. Hip lesions may radiate to the knee and induce knee pain by the nerves involving,the incidence rate was 13 to 19%in the patient as chief complaint of knee pain.
