椎体支柱块联合椎弓根后路钉棒系统治疗陈旧性胸腰段脊柱压缩骨折 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨椎体支柱块联合椎弓根后路钉棒系统治疗陈旧性胸腰段脊柱压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法2011年7月~2013年5月本科收治陈旧性胸腰段脊柱压缩骨折患者12例(病程>3个月),采用脊柱后路正中切口,应用并经伤椎椎弓根双侧置入椎体支柱块配合椎弓根后路钉棒系统对伤椎复位、内固定治疗。结果患者术后疼痛明显缓解,操作未出现神经血管损伤等并发症, Cobb角较术前明显减少,伤椎高度恢复良好,胸腰段后突畸形得到改善,经过3~12个月随访,远期伤椎高度无丢失, Cobb角无改变,无疼痛复发。结论在严格掌握手术适应证的前提下,椎体支柱块联合椎弓根后路钉棒系统在后路手术中创伤较小,操作简单,能显著增加椎体前中柱的抗压稳定性及恢复伤椎椎体高度,纠正脊柱后凸畸形,治疗效果好。
