摘要
进修学习是科室人才培养最直接的方法。回顾分析昆明市妇幼保健院近三年进修学习与科室发展之间的关系,发现科室派出进修学习人员是否有利于科室发展,取决于科主任对学科发展的前瞻,对学科目前所处水平和外派进修学习医院学科水平的认识,以及外派学习人员的主动学习能力和开展工作能力。
Sending staff for further training is the most direct way to foster talents. Reviewing the relations between the further study in the recent three years and the development of section offices, we can find that whether further study can accelerate the development of departments depends on the department director’s prospective view on the subject, the perception of the whole hospital on the subject and the current level of this subject. Also, how well can the people who are sent for further training do on his learning and working will make great senses.
