摘要
围术期脑损伤引起外科医生和麻醉医生的高度关注。近年来研究证实临床应用的大多麻醉药对脑组织细胞有保护作用。围术期可能发生脑损伤的高风险患者能否从麻醉药的神经保护作用中受益呢?为此,本文对目前常用麻醉药脑保护作用的实验和临床研究进展及可能机制进行综述。
Perioperative brain injuries have been focused by surgeries and anesthesiologists.Recentexperimental studies have demonstrated that most anesthetics have the properties as neuroprotctive effects,but itis still unknown that patients with high risk of brain injuries can be protected by anesthetics,the authors reviewthe progresses in the basic and clinical studies of the neuroprotective effects of anesthetics.
