腰腿痛与硬膜外腔镜技术

The development of epiduroscopy and its application on Lumbocrural pain

硬膜外腔镜技术是一项尚未在国内普及开展的慢性腰腿痛微创诊疗技术。本文综述硬膜外腔镜技术的发展简史、临床应用适应证、禁忌证以及该技术的疗效和并发症。以期增加腰腿痛诊疗的手段,尤其对于CT、MRI和椎间盘造影仍找不到原因的腰腿痛患者,无疑是一种福音。

Epiduroscopy, the new minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic technique of lumbocrural pain, is not general accepted in China. The author reviews the history of epiduroscopy technique, introduces its clinical indications, contraindication, efficacy, and complications to facilitate the augment of clinical therapeutic methods for patients with lumbocrural pain, especially their pathogenies can not be detected by CT or MRI .
