慢性疼痛基因治疗的研究现状

慢性疼痛是一种病因复杂的疾病,常伴有情绪和心理障碍,临床治疗困难,很难得到有效控制。长期以来许多学者都在通过不同的努力希望能够发现镇痛效果好且副作用少的治疗方法。近年来,随着对慢性疼痛机制研究的逐步深入以及生物综合治疗技术的日新月异,基因治疗有望为慢性疼痛患者提供新的治疗手段。本文主要就慢性疼痛基因治疗的相关基因、载体类型、临床研究现状以及存在的问题进行阐述。

Chronic pain is a complicated disease, usually accompanied with emotional and psychological disorders, difficult to treat and efficaciously controlled. Many researchers have being done their best to discover the more effective and less adverse strategies in the treatment of chronic pain. Gene therapy has been regarded as more efficacious method with the rapid development of biotherapy. This review introduces the related genes, vehicle types in chronic pain gene therapy and their studying statues and problems.
