基于ANSYS的厚竹胶合板热压过程板坯内温度分析

摘要 用ANSYS软件分别以导热油和饱和蒸汽为加热介质,水和冷油为冷却介质对厚竹胶合板坯热压过程进行热力学分析,得到保温保压温度下厚竹胶板坯内温度分布曲线和芯层温度随时间变化曲线。结果表明:以导热油为加热介质,板坯芯层达到所需的热压胶合温度所用的时间比用饱和蒸汽的短144 s;用冷水从140℃冷却到50℃所用的时间比用冷油冷却的时间短1100 s。与用电热压机进行的冷却实验结论一致。说明以导热油为加热介质、水位冷却介质的热压方法,简单,成本低,值得推广。 Thermodynamics analysis with ANSYS software was made to hot-pressing course of thicker bamboo veneer with different calefaction mediums such as thermal oil , saturated steam and different cooling mediums such as water and cold oil .The temperature distribution curve in bamboo veneer ,and core layer temperature change curve with time were achieved at pressurizing temperature . The results showed that the time with hot -pressurizing oil was 144s shorter than that of saturation steam and the cooling time with water from temperature 140℃to 50℃was 1100s shorter than that of cold oil .The conclusion was the same to cooling experiment with the hot-pressing machine .Which showed that the hot -pressurizing method with calefaction mediums such as thermal oil was simple and the cost was lower , which was worth be popularized .
