教师专业伦理:师德研究的扬弃与转型 被引量:3

摘要 在教育领域,师德议题从来不是热点,但却一贯都是根本。在教育社会化和媒体公开化日益增强的今天,人们对教育质量的关切,其焦点往往直指教师群体,而其中最容易受到公众评点的,往往就是教师的道德问题。然而,不沦是公众的批评还是政策的导引,事实上都未能达到预期的效果。究其原因在于师德理论所扎根的社会文化情境已经发生转变,强调以教师个人崇高美德来实现教育目的的做法,在社会转型的过程中正在不断失效。与此同时。
