女性肾上腺腺瘤性征异常症两例报告 被引量：2

摘要 肾上腺性征异常症或称肾上腺生殖综合征,系指由肾上腺的某种先天性或后天性病变所引起的外生殖器及性征异常。因肾上腺病变分泌过多雄性激素而导致性征异常。病变主要为先天性肾上腺皮质增生(Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia,CAH)和肾上腺肿瘤(包括异位肾上腺肿瘤)所引起,主要表现有女性男性化、男性性早熟。
