Model for Calibration of Response Time of Humidity Sensor Based on Multivariate Polyomial

针对湿度传感器的响应时间随着温度和风速的变化而变化的问题,提出了基于多元多项式的非线性校准模型。分析显示通过所建模型得到的计算结果与实验数据之间的误差达到了规定的要求。相关验证结果也说明了该模型的准确性和实用性。

The nonlinearity calibration model based on multivariate polynomial is put forward to solve the problem about the calibration of response time of the humidity sensor. Computational simulation shows that the error between the data from the model and the experimental data achieves the stipulated requirement. Other results also demonstrate the accuracy and practicability of this model.
