摘要
目的 建立与食品接触的聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料成型品中苯乙烯迁移量的测定方法.方法 以水和大豆油为食品模拟液,建立了顶空-色谱质谱(HS-GC/MS)联用法直接测定食品模拟物中的苯乙烯.结果 在两种不同的食品模拟物中,方法的回收率为87.5~99.6%,相对标准偏差在2.5~6.4%,检测限小于0.01 μg/mL.结论 该方法灵敏度高、定量准确、重现性好,测定低限能够满足国际限量要求.
Objective To establish a new method for determination of styrene from polystyrene plastic moldings in food simulants.Methods A method was developed for the determination of styrene in food simulants(water and soyabean oil) by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry directly.Results In two simulants,average recoveries ranged from 87.5 to 99.6% with relative standard deviations(RSD) between 2.5 and 6.4%.The detection limit was less than 0.01 μg/mL.Conclusion This method has good sensitivity,accuracy and reproducibility.The limit of quantitation of this method can meet the international standard.
