摘要
随着微电子技术和计算机技术的不断发展,信号完整性分析的应用已经成为解决高速系统设计的唯一有效途径。本文概要地介绍了信号完整性(SI)的定义及解决的主要问题;基于信号完整性分析的PCB设计;信号完整性分析模型和信号完整性仿真工具。
With the development of micro-electronics technology and computer technology, application of signal integrity analysis is the only way to solve highspeed system design. In this paper, signal integrity definition, PCB design based on signal integrity, signal integrity model and signal integrity simulation tools are introduced sunnarily.
