摘要 目的:建立保健食品中邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(diisooctyl phthalate, DEHP)快速筛查的定性定量分析方法。方法样品经无水乙醇超声提取后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法在选择离子扫描模式下进行定量检测。结果 DEHP在0.01070~10.70μg/mL 范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987,该方法检出限(LOD)为0.02μg/g,定量限(LOQ)为0.07μg/g。加标回收率为73.8%~96.8%;结论该法简便、快速、准确,溶剂用量少,可用于保健食品中DEHP的检测。 Objective To develop a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry method for rapid screening, qualitative and quantitative analysis of diisooctyl phthalat in health food. Methods Samples were ultrasoni-cally extracted by ethanol and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Mass data acquisition was conducted under selected ion scan mode. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.01070~10.70μg/mL (r>0.9987) for diisooctyl phthalats. The limit of detection of this method was 0.02μg/g (S/N=3). The limit of quantitative of this method was 0.07μg/g (S/N=10). The recoveries were 73.8%~96.8%. Conclusion This method is con-venient, fast, accurate, reliable to operate, and it is suitable for the determination of diisooctyl phthalat in health food.
