摘要
目的调查新资源食品的食用情况,并对其社会文化影响因素进行研究探讨。方法对776名消费者的问卷调查、6家北京新资源食品生产厂家实地调研和卫生部新资源食品专家访谈,采用Excel、SPSS17.0专业统计软件对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果影响新资源食品食用人群、食用量的社会文化影响因素有消费者自身因素、生产厂家因素、政府政策因素、舆论导向。结论提出目前新资源食品发展中存在的问题和解决方式,推动新资源食品的健康稳定发展。
Objective To investigate new resource food consumption, and to analyze their social and cul-tural influencing factors. Methods A survey of 776 consumers, and field research of six new resources food manufacturers, and by interviews of the Ministry of Health food experts were conducted, with the data analyzed using Excelland the SPSS17.0 professional statistical software. Results The influencing factors of new re-source food consumption ncluded consumers’ factors, manufacturers’ factors, government policy and public opinion. Conclusion This paper concludes existing problems and solutions in new resources food develop-ment, and thus to promote theri healthy and stable development.
