摘要
目的根据我国包装饮用水标准,探讨包装饮用山泉水地方标准中存在的问题并提出改进建议。方法分析我国饮用水种类及饮用水标准的制、修订情况,对比包装饮用水国家标准与天然水地方标准,阐述我国包装饮用山泉水地方标准存在的问题。结果我国包装饮用水国家标准体系完善,山泉水地方标准总体上与国家标准一致,个别省份的地方标准在制定原则、制定指标及修订方面还存在问题。结论各省、市应充分论证地方标准立项的科学性,在与国家标准保持一致的前提下,制定突出地方特色的地方标准;标准管理部门应加强标准化研究,做好标准的服务管理工作,发挥标准管理部门的指导、协调作用;企业应重视该标准化工作,加大投入、加强研究,发挥标准对生产的指导作用。
Objective To explore the existing problems of provincial standards in packing drinking water (from mountain or spring) and improving measures in China. Methods The standards of different kinds of water were summarized. The technical index of national and local water standards were compared and the ex-isting problems of natural water local standards were analyzed. Results The system of national water stan-dards was rigorous, but some provincial and local standards still existed some problems in principle, technical indexes, and revising. Conclusion Regional standard management departments and food companies should pay more attention to the standard project establishment, standard guidance and standard research for packing drinking natural water.
