摘要
苏联解体后，俄不仅继承了苏联的核武库，也沿袭了苏联的核战略。核战略的核心是核遏制。现在俄推行现实遏制战略，其目标是提高核武器在国家政治、安全、军事战略中的地位和作用，加大核遏制力度。近期，俄会继续推行这一战略。
