对资本营运热的理性思考

Rational Thoughts on the Rush of Capital Operation

当前我国众多的企业在没有准确把握资本营运的内涵的情形下，盲目搞资本营运扩张规模，致使我国的资本营运中出现了不少的问题，如一些企业忽视产品经营和主业发展，把资本经营演变成资本游戏。笔者认为，资本营运只是价值层次上的资本运动，其出发点和归宿都是产品经营。资本营运可采取多种形式，其功能应定位在优化和调整产业结构、盘活企业资产存量。

At present, before many corporations don't understand the intention of capital operation correctly, they blindly utilize capital operation to expand its scale, thus leading to many problems in it. For example, a lot of corporation neglect product operation and development in main business, transforming capital operation into capital game. The writer think: capital operation is only the motion of capital in the form of value. Capital operation can take many kinds of ways. Its function should be oriented in adjusting industry structure, removing asset stock, improving corporation's ability in competition.
