摘要
我国产业集中度过低、企业规模不经济的特点决定了实施企业集团战略的必要性和紧迫性。而当前我国经济形势发生的巨大变化,特别是国内买方市场的形成和国际知识经济苗头的出现为实施集团战略提出新的课题。
Characteristics such as low degree of industry centeri
ng and
scale diseconomy determine the necessity and urgency of implementing conglomera
te strategy. However, the fact that great changes have happened in present econo
mic situation, especially the formatin of buyer's market in domestic economy as
well as the emergency of international knowledge economy present new subjects t
o conglomenate strategy. This article tries to offer some suggestion on how to e
stablish and develop conglomerate under new situation.
