Four Relationship to Be Handled Properly in Leader Decision Thinking

决策思维是领导决策的前提和基础，领导者在决策时必须把握决策思维的创造性，处理好“上情”与“下情”的关系；把握决策思维的超常性，处理好“热点”与“冷点”的关系；把握决策思维的前瞻性，处理好当前与长远的关系；把握决策思维的开放性，处理好主观与客观的关系。

Policy-making thought is the base and prerequisite of the leader's decision. When a leader makes policies, the first, he must grasp the creativity of the decision thought and deal well with the relations of “higher authority policies”and “lower level state”. The second, to grasp the advanced of that and deal well with the relations of “hot points” and “cold points”. The third, to grasp the foresight of it and deal well with the relations of present and future. The fouth, to grasp the opening of it and deal well with the relations of subjectivity and objectivity. Therefore, we'll gain success of the decision.
