文化环境对中小企业的生存和发展具有重要的影响,它能够促进生产环节的专业化分工,增加产品的文化价值,从而形成企业的文化竞争力。中小企业应采取有效对策,主动、迅速地适应文化环境的变化,充分利用和把握文化环境为自己提供的发展机遇。
The cultural circumstances is of important influence on the subsistence and development of medium and small enterprises,which can promote the professional diversification in the phase of production, and increase the clutural value of product, so as to form the cultural competent of enterprises. Medium and small enterprises should take effective measures to adapt the variety of cultural circumstances and make best use of and grasp the developing opportunities provided by the cultural circumstances.
