中国农村男孩偏好文化的传播和演化:背景与主要研究结果

Cultural Transmission and Evolution of Son Preference in Rural China:Background and Main \ Results

８０ 年代以来，文化传播与演化理论和分析模型发展很快，引起了社会科学界的广泛关注。本文运用卡瓦里（ＣａｖａｌｌｉＳｆｏｒｚａ） 和费尔德曼（Ｆｅｌｄｍａｎ） 文化传播与演化理论，利用陕西省三原县和略阳县的调查数据，对中国农村男孩偏好的传播和演化及其对出生性别比影响进行研究，列出了主要研究结果。

Since the late 1980s,cultural transmission and evolution models have made remarkable progress and have drawn much attention from the field of social sciences.This paper shows the main results of a research,in which we use cultural transmission theory and models developed by Cavalli-Sforza and Feldman and data from a survey conducted in Sanyuan and Lueyang counties,China,to study the transmission of son preference in rural China and its effect on sex ratio at birth.These results are useful in helping to understand the transmission mechanism of son preference in rural China and in suggesting corresponding policy research and community development.
