Applying Management by Constraint for Improving the Relay Technology System

提出在工程施工管理接力技术中运用制约因素管理理论的思路。分析了工程施工组织的主要特点及常见的问题，说明了制约因素管理理论中关于“瓶颈”和“非瓶颈”在工程施工中的划分方法和不同处理的基本原理和计划控制技术，提出运用制约因素管理理论改善施工管理接力系统的措施。

This paper proposes that management by constraint be applied to the design and operation of the relay technology system in engineering management. The paper first analyzes the main features and common problems of construction. Then it explains the basic principles of management by constraint in distinguishing between bottleneck and non-bottleneck, and managing them differently.Thereafter,it introduces the basic principles of the relay technology system,and its planning and control technology. Finally,it presents the measures in applying management by constraint for improving the relay technology system in engineering management.
