This paper makes a study of the relationship between economic development and growth rate according to the imput/output dynamic mode in economic system,offers several mathematic expressions,conditions and conclusion when economy is developing steadily and in good balance,analyses selfreliance increase rate within economic system,ideal self-reliance increase rate,the relationship between relative benefit and real growth rate,and the parametric value of economic appropriate increase rate.
