摘要 高校师资队伍长期存在结构不合理、教育观念滞后、知识陈旧、中青年教师流失严重等问题,解决这些问题,必须树立符合高校教师队伍发展规律,并适应社会、经济发展需要的高校师资队伍可持续发展观。为此,应加强青年教师的思想政治工作,加快知识、观念的更新,加大生活工作条件改善的力度。 For a long time there exist some problems in the team of university teachers such as the impropriety of structure,the lagging-behind of education concept,old knowledge and the serious losing of the young and middle-aged teachers.To solve these problems,first of all,a new concept of the successive development of the team of university teachers should be established in order to obey the law of such development and to meet the needs of the social and economic development.This successive development lies in the reinforcing of the work for the young teachers,the quickening of their renewal of knowledge and concepts and greatly improving their woking and living conditions so that the reappearance of the unstable situation in the team of university teachers can be prevented.
