摘要 加强体育市场法制建设,是我国体育市场迅速发展的客观需求。针对体育市场及其法制实践中的问题,运用文献资料、理论论证的方法,从市场构成基本要素和法制主要环节入手,研究认为:应当从完善体育市场主、客体制度,建立体育产权制度,规范体育市场、竞争合同行为,保持体育市场立法的统一性、全面性和专门性,强化体育市场管理执法环节,健全体育市场执法监督机制等方面加强我国体育市场法制建设。 It is the objective requirement of the rapid development of Chinese sports market to build up a legal system. Based on documents research and theoretical study, this paper discussed the problems existing in sports market and its legal practice. From the viewpoints of the basic factors of sports market and the key legal aspects, the study concluded that the construction of the legal system for sports market should be strengthened from the following aspects: to perfect both the subject and object systems of sports market, build up the system of sport property rights, standardize sports market competition and contract assignment , maintain a unitary, comprehensive and unique legislation system, strengthen the management of sport market, and improve the enforcement and supervision of the law and regulations.
