摘要
设计了强化训练导致疲劳的大鼠模型,用形态计量学方法,分析了运动疲劳状态下,大鼠心室肌线粒体和肌原纤维超微结构的变化,以及应用理气扶正中药复方对改善运动性疲劳的作用。结果表明:理气、扶正类中药“体复康”能有效地改善心肌的供血和供氧功能,并有效地减少运动应激对心肌超微结构的损伤。
In order to explore the mechanism of Chinese Traditional medicine for clearing up exercise induced fatigue so as to produce an effective Chinese medical compound, a SD rat model of intensive physical training was established, and the ultra-structural changes in mitochondria and myofibril of myocardium in rats and the effects of some kind of Chinese medical compound on fatigue were studied with morphometry. Results showed that the Chinese medicine with functions of 'fu-zheng' and 'li-qi' (strengthening the functions of spleen and liver system and replenishing qi) could improve energy metabolism and oxygen supply in myocardium and reduce the damage of mitochondria in myocardium from exercise stress.
