摘要
社会体育指导员管理体制是社会体育指导员管理的机构设置、权限划分、运行机制等方面的体系和制度的总称。研究对1994年以来中日社会体育指导员管理的机构设置、权限划分、培训方法,中日社会体育指导员的类别、基本资格、培训目标、培训课程与时数,以及为社会服务的方式,进行了较为全面的跨文化的比较和分析。在对我国社会体育影响因素进行综合分析的基础上,提出了完善我国社会体育指导员管理体制的对策。
A cross-cultural and comprehensive comparison was made between the organizational and administrative systems of mass sports instructors in China and Japan, including the organizational structure, responsibilities of different organizations, and management of mass sports instructors. Analysis was also made on the classification, qualification requirements, goals, methods, and curriculum of training of sports instructors, as well as their ways of serving the communities and society. The paper was finished by suggestions on how to improve the organizational and management system of mass sports instructors in China in consideration with local influential factors on mass sports.
