摘要
研究通过对我国参加奥运会和全运会的运动员、教练员和有关人员的调查分析,揭示了我国现行重大比赛奖励的现状,提出了应实施一次性奖励和终生性阶段奖励相结合模式,以及为充分调动体育科研人员积极性落实有关奖励对策和建议,为健全我国高水平运动员奖励政策提供了研究参考。
In today's top level sports, good results in major competitions come not only from the athletes and coaches, but also from the active contribution of scientific personnel, team doctors and rear-service personnel. Awarding is an effective way to arouse people's enthusiasm and courage them to do better. The athletes, coaches, and concerned people that have participated in Olympic Games and National Games were investigated to bring to light the situation of awarding for major games. The awarding model of competition prize money being combined with periodic life-time subsidy was put forward and some other awarding policy strategies for mobilizing enthusiasm of sports scientific personnel were suggested.
