党参对训练后人体血细胞及小鼠心肌作用的定量细胞化学研究 被引量:11

摘要 应用细胞化学定性、定位和定量技术,对运动训练后党参对人体外周细胞的糖原、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的含量,以及党参对小鼠心肌中糖原、琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响进行了分析研究,结果发现,党参可明显提高训练者糖原和(SDH)活性,灌服党参液的小鼠心肌中糖原、SDH和LDH 的含量明显高于对照组。这说明党参可以提高训练者血细胞功能和改善心肌代谢,对缓解运动时心肌疲劳有着重要的作用。 The effects of radix codonopsis pilosula(CP)were studied by cylochemical qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed an increased quantity and activity of glycogen and SDH in the peripheral blood cell of exercisers after use of CP Microspectrophotometer was used for quantitative analysis of glycogen , SDH and LDH in micemyocardium. The results indicated that there was significant difference between the CP group and the controlled group. It is suggested that CP could improve the substance and energy metabolism of exercisers and CP does play very important role in recovery of muscle fatigue.
