Abstract The article,based on the analysis about the two advantages of abundant natural resources and humane resources,in the southern Anhui tourist area with Huangshan as its centre,offers five suggestions on how to build it into a world class Tourist Attraction:1.An inspection and proof committee of the southern Anhui tourism area should be established promptly.2.Opening up the Tanglinguan Tunnel,a bottleneck that restricts the transportation south and west of Huangshan and building a round the mountain highway with Huangshan as the centre,radiating to its surrounding areas.3.After the highway is completed,the natural and human landscapes in the southern parts of Anhui province can be connected together.The tourists are able to come and leave at ease,have a nice stay and enjoy beautiful sceneries.4.Huangshan city should be under direct jurisdiction of the province or the State Council.To prevent the forests around Huangshan from being destroyed,the admimistrative regions or natural villages adjacent Huangshan should be separated with protective belts.5.Building four doors of southern Anhui tourism area:Wuhu,Tong ling, Guichi and Tunxi.
