摘要
The key of the administration of continuing education is to manage a dynamic system where human beings are the center in order to achieve thebest educational results. This is called the humanistic principles in modern management. Continuing education is different from normal university educationin that the former cant simply wait for the studentsto come to register, that sometimes it must go outand look for students everywhere and even buythem. It needs more freedom and more flexibility.Meanwhile, it is suggested that the combination ofthe unity and harmony of the top --level decisionmaking and the subjective initiatives of the management of different levels is a necessary step towardsmodem management. It also POints out that bothawarding system and controlling system could bringa better future to continuing education.
