The Objectives and Principles of the Syllabus Design for Open Education Programme-Law

摘要 The writer posits that the last 15 years’ practice of law training serves as a basis for the reform of thetraining mode, accumulates valuable experiences in terms of training objectives, syllabus design, etc. Throughpractical and theoretical exploration, it helps define the two-year and four-year programmes and their trainingobjectives and design principles. The paper also puts forward a series of principles for the four year lawtraining programme, and they are: two year and four year programmes as two stand-alone ones of a wholepackage; training objectives combined with individual needs; ability training; multimedia design; using existingresources; reinforcing teaching process management.
