摘要
分析了邮政企业经营机制现状，阐述了经营机制的结构及其内含子机制之间的关系；根据系统论的思想。
The present state of the post firm's business mechanism is analysed.Base on the analyses,this paper describes the construction of the mechanism as well as the relations among its sub mechanisms and gives the methods of reforming and completing the mechamism in accordance with the thought of system theory.
