电信业务资费的制定是电信发展中最为敏感、最具影响力的因素之一。对电信业务资费问题进行了深入探讨。
Formulating the telecommunications tariff is one of the most sensitive and influential factors in telecommunicatinos development.After a thorough study of the problem of formulating telecommunications tariff,this paper presents a series of basic principles of formulating telecommunications tariff under new situation.
